Goooosh hello loves ! Long time no see... Almost 2 months without news around here... I just needed a break... from everything, especially social medias. Oh well, I'm back, and on my 'worst behaviour' as said on FB  2017 has started cold AF here in Belfort (as if we were not used to it ). Even if the hot season is settling slowly and before flooding you with a bunch of light looks corresponding to the current season, I present you my must-haves for the cold season, items I could not live without during the transition! Remember

 Wooooow bonjour les amours ! Comme ça fait longtime... Presque deux mois sans nouvelles ici... Mais j'avais besoin d'un break... de tout et surtout sur les réseaux sociaux. Bref, je suis de retour et dans le 'pire de mes comportements' comme dit sur FB  2017 a commencé dans un *** de froid glacial ici à Belfort (comme si nous n'étions pas habitués ). Même si la saison chaude s'installe doucement et avant de vous inonder de tout un tas de looks légers correspondant à la saison actuelle,  je vous présente mes indispensables de la saison froide, des pièces dont je ne pourrai me passer durant la transition ! Rappelez-vous 

Let me tell you about my inspirations and explain my choices first. When it comes to winter fashion, and especially where I live (East of France !) you HAVE to be able to combine (rather than choose between both of them ) COMFORT and STYLE. Here is my selection ;

Laissez moi d'abord vous parler de mes inspirations et vous expliquer mes choix. Quand il s'agit de la mode hivernale, et surtout où je vis actuellement (Est de la France !), il FAUT être en mesure de combiner (plutôt que de choisir entre les deux ) CONFORT et STYLE. Voici ma sélection :

INSPIRATION

CANADA GOOSE EXTREME WEATHER OUTERWEAR & PARAJUMPERS / KENZO BOMBER 

All offer a range of outerwear to bare extreme cold. I fell in love w/ their bombers at first sight even if their parkas are very cool too, but that was without one detail : in spite of their new bla bla that did not exist before, I can not resign myself to put 600 EUR minimum in a jacket even the hottest if I'm also fully aware that one had to grip an animal to make it. The fake, although a little less warm, suits me perfectly. I do not trust any brand using real fur, saying they trace animals and pay attention to them to be sure they are treated well since THAT IS NOT TRUE ! The simple fact of tracing an animal for its future fur personally disgusts me ! As for all, it's just a beautiful business on the back of animals who didn't ask for anything ! If I can abstain, I'll do it with almost as much pleasure than the one that will buy it thinking it's essential to her life... Oh almost forgot : and that is pretty deceiving for my beloved KENZO brand who has an eco-label but chose to use racoon fur and completely circumvent their own ethic to make these coats... SAD FACT Anyway I won't be rambling too much about it, already gives them too much credit, just for you to know that I am not that kind of buyer

Les deux offrent une gamme de vêtements pour supporter le froid extrême. Je suis tombé amoureuse de leurs bombers au premier regard même si leurs parkas sont très cool aussi, mais c'était sans compter sur un détail : malgré leur nouveau bla bla qui n'existait pas avant, je ne peux me résigner à mettre 600 EUR minimum dans un blouson même ultra chaud si je suis, en plus, parfaitement au courant qu'on à dû étriper un animal pour le fabriquer. Le faux, même si, un peu moins chaud, me convient parfaitement.Je ne fais confiance à aucunes marques utilisant de vraies fourrures en disant qu'elles tracent les animaux pour être sûrs qu'ils sont bien traités car CE N'EST PAS VRAI ! Le simple fait de tracer un animal pour sa future peau me dégoûte personnellement ! Comme pour tout, c'est à nouveau un beau business sur le dos d'animaux qui n'ont rien demandé ! Si je peux m'abstenir, je le fais avec presque autant de plaisir que celle qui se l'achètera pensant qu'elle en a irrémédiablement besoin...  Oh et j'allais presque oublié : c'est très décevant de la part de ma chère marque KENZO qui possède un label écologique, mais qui a choisi d'utiliser de la fourrure de ratons laveur et de contourner sa propre éthique pour fabriquer ces manteaux... TRISTE FAIT  Au final, je n'en discuterai pas des heures, c'est encore leur donner trop d'importance, juste que vous sachiez que je ne suis pas ce genre d'acheteuse

ALICE MODE SIMPLE PARKA

It has always been my favourite as it is very simple but has everything I need for that type of coat !

 Right length for it to cover what I need covered by big cold, warm and comfy, great light khaki green colour that goes w/ every single piece I can associate it w/ but especially any kind of blue jeans shades and neutral colours (brown, beige, black, white...) and very robust since it has been 5 years now that I have found it, completely by chance @ALICEMODE. (even if I stitched it up last year )

Ça a toujours été ma préférée car elle est très simple mais a tout ce que je recherche pour ce type de manteau ! Longueur correcte pour couvrir ce que j'ai à couvrir par grand froid, chaude et confortable, un beau vert kaki claire qui va avec chaque pièce avec laquelle je peux l'associer mais surtout n'importe quel type de nuances de jeans et de couleurs neutres (brun, beige, noir, blanc ...) et très robuste puisque voilà 5 ans maintenant que je l'ai trouvé, complètement par hasard chez @ALICEMODE. (même si j'ai dû la recoudre l'année dernière )

SK-2 BLACK BOMBER

My looooooooooooove  I just can't get enough of that coat ! Doesn't it look so much alike a PARAJUMPERS or KENZO bomber !

Mon amouuuuuuuuuuur  je ne peux clairement plus me passer de ce manteau ! Ne ressemble-t-il pas de ouf  à un bomber PARAJUMPERS ou KENZO !

LECLERQ FAUX FUR BOMBER

This is actually the first bomber jacket I bought a long time before it was even trendy and got everywhere. I loooove it ! Long turtleneck (cuz yes my neck is THE thing I have to have covered when it's cold otherwise I fall sick straight away !) a deep brown colour which is very convenient and faux fur to match my convictions and keep me warm all day long.

C'est en fait la première veste 'bombers' que j'ai achetée longtemps avant que ce soit à la mode et un peu partout. Que je l'aime ! Un long col roulé (car oui mon cou est LA partie que je dois avoir couverte quand il fait froid sinon je tombe malade direct !) un beau brun profond très pratique et de la fausse fourrure pour coller à mes convictions et me tenir chaud tout au long de la journée.

BUFFALO BOOTS

Ok ! You've already seen these over and over around here... THOSE are my STATEMENT shoes for cold weather... Extreme wind, rain or snow outside : those are MY GO-TO boots ! I would litterally sleep in them, they are so so confortable. Everytime I insert my little feet in the cozy furry padding, I rememeber how lucky I found BUFFALO at one point, just for these two 

D'accord ! Vous avez déjà dû les voir de nombreuses fois par ici ... CE sont mes VALEURS SÛRES par grand froid ... Vent extrême, pluie ou neige: ce sont mes bottes fétiches ! Je pourrais littéralement dormir dedans, elles sont tellement confortables. Chaque fois que j'insère mes petits pieds dans le rembourrage confortable, je me rappelle à quel point j'ai de la chance d'avoir trouvé BUFFALO à un moment donné, juste pour ces deux-là

OVERSIZED SCARVES

As I just said concerning cold on my neck, it's the number one part of my body that just can't bear cold and makes me sick straight away if it's not covered. So all sort of scarves are needed around this time of the year.

Comme je l'ai déjà dit, concernant le froid sur mon cou, c'est la première partie de mon corps qui en souffre directement et me rend tout simplement malade si elle n'est pas couverte. Donc, toute sorte d'écharpes sont nécessaires à cette époque de l'année.

TEXTO RANGERS

A good friend from work got those for me since I bought them from her as they were too big (I do that a lot and I'm known for it among my friends ). They fit me perfectly and I highly recommend TEXTO for the quality and the 'french touch'.

Une très bonne amie du taf me les a fait lui racheté car elles étaient trop grandes (je le fais très souvent et je suis connue pour ça parmi mes amis). Elles me vont parfaitement et je recommande fortement TEXTO pour la qualité et la 'french touch'.

UNIVERSAL 15D TIGHTS

I put them under every single piece of clothing I can wear in Winter ! I use them to replace DAMART, which my mom had to keep us warm when we were kids w/ my bro.

Je les place sous chaque vêtements que je peux porter en hiver ! Je les utilise pour remplacer les DAMART, que ma mère avaient pour nous tenir chaud quand nous étions enfants avec mon frère.

PLT PARKA

I don't know how on Earth I thought about getting this, thinking it would be a basic and stay in my closet replacing the old one ! That's what it is to follow trends when it's not necessarily a need ! I was over excited when I received this because I wanted to find something similar to the KENZO parka I was talking about at the beginning of this post. So it's not at all a  break anymore and that's why you can find it on THA GOLDEN SHOP for you to buy it for a paltry sum (compared to what it cost me at first !) if you interested in sporting the same look, feel free to go have a look 

Je ne sais pas comment j'ai pu pensé une seule seconde à acheter cette parka pensant que ce serait 'LA BASE' et que ça resterait dans mon dressing remplaçant l'ancienne ! C'est ça de suivre les tendances quand no en a pas forcément besoin ! J'étais surexcitée quand je l'ai reçu parce que je voulais trouver quelque chose de similaire à la parka KENZO dont je parlais au début de ce post. Mais au final ça ne fait plus du tout partie de mes coups de  et c'est pourquoi vous pouvez la trouver sur THA GOLDEN SHOP pour une somme dérisoire (par rapport à ce qu'elle m'a coûté au départ !)
