I sometimes play a few games on my smartphone but the most addictive ones are w/ food interactions. You all know about my love for food by now right ? Gordon Ramsay is entertaining but World Chef is something else. You can find every recipe you play w/ on their website : www.worldchef.com And the good news is that they are all explained via YOUTUBE videos. The main point of these new posts added to the FOODIE$ category (in the top section of the blog) is to discover many recipes from dishes I LOVE ! Everything will be mentionned anyway and to start this is exactly how I make my homemade burgers below

 I'm not early but not late either... Some will say I'm right on point. It seems to me that tradition has it that we eat it throughout the month of January and this is precisely where it can be useful to know a good recipe to make it yourself as soon as you want it the rest of the year  My fave is clearly the apple one or with a zest of lemon cuz I've eaten way TOO MUCH of the classic one with just almond paste on its own.
